Labor and Birth Support

Postpartum Support

We’ll meet 1–2 times during your pregnancy for 60–90 minutes, depending on what you need. These visits give us time to get to know one another, prepare for labor and birth, discuss comfort measures and your preferences, and make sure you and your partner feel prepared for the weeks ahead.

You don’t have to wait for a scheduled visit to reach out. I’m available by phone, text, and email throughout your pregnancy. I’m also available to attend a prenatal appointment with you when additional support would be helpful. As your birth approaches, I’m on call for you from 38–42 weeks.

When labor begins, we’ll stay in close contact. I can come to your home while you labor or meet you at your birth place—whatever feels right for you. I’ll stay with you throughout labor and birth, providing continuous support, helping your partner feel confident and involved, and offering positioning and comfort techniques, including Spinning Babies®, Rebozo, and TENS

I’ll stay with you after the birth through that special first hour as you and your baby meet and settle in together. We’ll reconnect for 1–2 postpartum visits, typically around days 3–5 and weeks 2–3, where I can support your recovery, feeding and lactation support, and the transition into life with your new baby.

Investment

Birth Doula Support
$2,500–$3,500

I offer a flexible investment of $2,500–$3,500 so families can choose the amount that works for their family. If you’re able to pay toward the higher end of the range, a portion of your investment helps me provide birth support to a family who may not otherwise be able to afford doula services.

Ready to Talk About Your Birth?

Choosing the right birth support is personal. I’d love to hear about your hopes for your birth, answer your questions, and talk about how I can support you and your family along the way.
