Postpartum Support

Those early days with a new baby can be beautiful—and exhausting. Need a shower? A nap? A meal? Sometimes you need someone to care for your baby, and sometimes you need someone to care for you. I’m here to offer the support you need so you can rest, recover, and settle into life with your new baby.

What Does a Postpartum Doula Do?

A postpartum doula provides practical, emotional, and informational support as you adjust to life with your new baby. My role is to care for you as well as your baby—because new parents need nurturing, too.

Support can look different from day to day. I can care for your baby while you shower, nap, or have a meal; offer feeding and newborn-care support; answer questions; help with light household tasks; prepare a simple meal or snack; or simply be a calm, reassuring presence while you find your rhythm as a family.

My goal isn’t to take over—it’s to make those early weeks feel a little more manageable so you can rest, recover, bond with your baby, and feel supported in your new role.
